Fat never sleeps
I do it because fat never sleeps. (This morning's anti-fat effort: Six miles, 1800 feet of climb, in two hours and five minutes. It's a start.).That's the word from Tom over at Two-Heel Drive about why he hikes. Sure the trees, views, clean air, nature and all the feel good hippy stuff gets me out of the door too, but the reality for me is that I like ice cream and good maple bar more often than monthly and the only way to rationalize that stuff is to burn it faster than I eat it.
